Casement Windows
Our flush casement windows are now Part Q Certified!
Part Q are new Building Regulations which were brought into force on 1st October 2015. It affects any doors and windows on the ground floor and any accessible doors and windows on the first floor or on any balconies or windows which are accessible from flat or gently sloping roofs up to 3.5m above ground level.
To meet the Part Q requirements, windows and doors must be be able to resist physical attack by being sufficiently robust and fitted with the appropriate hardware.
