From my first contact, I have felt comfortable and at ease communicating my wishes, indecisions, worries and concerns with Louise at Thomas Joinery. I visited Thomas Joinery twice before i finalised my order and on both occasions and over the phone I have only received efficient, courteous proffesionalism, and yesterday I received the same courteous prffesionalism by the fitting team. I would also like to say that the fitting team were patient and courteous explaining to me the different after care products for the ironmongery, and tracks to ensure I understood the necessary steps to maintain the life of the parts and I very much appreciate that caring approach.

Again I wish to re-iterate how much I love your work and how thrilled that I now have them in my home. I hope to be back to you for my front door once I have decided on what I will do there.
